Leaving the Dux at 6 and heading along high street to Albert Park. At least 1.8 laps but may go for 2.8 laps (extra 7 minutes) before heading back along Inkerman Road to Waverley Road and coffee at Clancys around 7:20am
Easy pace there and back and fast as you want around the park.
