Weather looks good, it’s Thursday so… no Long Black recovery ride for me (no Academy).
0600 from DUX, High St, 1/2 Albert Park, Kerferd, Beach, Bluff etc. Coffee in CNE.
Pace will be easy recovery, marginally faster than today.
