ModeratorThanks Tony, Gordo & Marg, Nathan, & GarryD, payments received.
Ken, Barb & Frank, Iβll let you know when I see them, PayID is instantaneous, account details often take a few days.
Barb, Frank, Gordo, Marg, you often bring a support vehicle between you, are you doing this again this year and able to assist with bag transfer?
Cheers

Goldilocks weather. Roads could be a bit damp Saturday morning, but after that near perfect Alpine cycling.
However, it is the Alps after all, so be prepared, and consider easy access to pickup/drop off additional layers from vehicles at our Dinner Plain/Falls Creek when packing.
Please allow time for parking cars, bag drop, bike setup, socialising etc on Saturday so we get away on time, just as you would from the station.
Detective Rusty has some intel that the timber bridge between Omeo and Anglers Rest may have been replaced, looking forward to checking it out.
A gentle reminder to those romantics out there who may be travelling with a partner, or leaving one behind, it is Valentines Day Sunday!
See most of you Friday night at The Brewery, the rest Saturday morning.
Jude and I are travelling up Thursday.
Safe travels.
Cheers

ModeratorHi Wayne,
Late call but Iβm going to join the ride this weekend. Iβve got my tent so Iβll camp at anglers rest.
Iβll be at the brewery for dinner Friday night. Just need space for my small tent amongst the support cars.
Looking forward to take on the big hill again. Thanks2021-02-11 at 2:04 pm #63995Robyn Cornell

ModeratorJust a little note to say good luck and I hope you all have a fantastic weekend riding.
Australia Day weekend on the Sunday morning we rode from Omeo to Anglers rest at 5 am and there is definitely a wooden bridge in between these two places. It may have been replaced after that but the way our government works i highly doubt it. The only reason I remember this bridge is because one rider at the front of our group flew across the bridge without realising. We all rode slowly as there are a few gaps on the left side as you go across. I would certainly recommend walking though.
Enjoy and stay safe.2021-02-11 at 6:13 pm #63999Wayne Russell
ModeratorThanks Rob, weβll keep an eye out.
