Sticking with tradition and posting a training ride 😎.
This is an easy ride: easy ride down to Albert Park; punctuated by 5 x 15sec sprints (optional), 8 min easy riding in between.
Departing DUX at, you guessed it, 0600, High St to Albert Park, ~3 (might be 4) laps anti-clockwise, returning via Inkerman to the bakery for coffee.
Please post if you are joining all or part.

Will do your ride, leaving at 5.55 with Margaret, laps of Albert Park lake( maybe 3), than off for coffee to join you at Clancy’s( assume that is where you plan),

Thx all – big group for the Albert Parks laps (suspect ‘easy’ had something to do with it 😎). Completed my sprints, easy riding in between, weather was mostly good, view across the lake to the city at sunrise was special, coffee at the bakery was pretty good – great morning!
