Rumour has it and Vic Parks seems to confirm that Albert Park track is open for vehicular traffic. Weather looks ok although perhaps a little windy.
I am looking at a Long Black tomorrow (0600 DUX High St AlbertPk BlackRk etc). Plan is warm up followed by higher Tempo interspersed with 4×30 sec efforts, and of course coffee in Carnegie.
Pls let me know if you are in for all or part.
