Recovery taper session: Depart DUX 0600, head down to Albert Pk via High St. Easy 2 laps (possibly 3), interspersed with 5x15sec high cadence drills. Not effort just sharp, leg speed drills. Cruise back to Clancy’s for coffee.

Thx all. What a spectacular morning for east laps around Albert Pk. Pity about Ross’ flat tyre. No luck with Clancy’s being by closed but Coffee Ministry in NalvernRd was a pretty good alternative.
