Low cadence intervals tomorrow for me…
Heading out on the Short Black route (SthRd to BlackRk) and will be extending to Mordi, returning via Bluff. Pace should be easy/moderate.
Low cadence intervals; 6 x 4 minutes top gear, low cadence (40-50), not sprinting – steady moderate pace grind, with easy recovery in between.
Intervals may not suit, however, feel free to join me for some, none, or just for company on all or part of route.
