Q. Can Joe Blow install the Stack app and join the ARC or does he have to be invited and/or approved? Who can invite new members and who can approve if approvals are needed?
BTW, the discussions this morning reflected widespread visibility of the move to Stack app and overall positive sentiments towards the transition.
