Fun (?!) Fartlek session to Mordi and backs. Had Sunshine and the Pirate King join us to Beach rd or thereabouts. Richard H did the Mordi loop. Brad and I completed the rather complicated mixed effort set – interesting variation on the Mordi loop. Wet weather stayed away, was a bit blustery on beach road but overall was a good hit out.
And we crossed paths with Margaret Phillips near Black Rock.
