Thanks Frank, Ken, Garry, and Brad for joining me for the fun at the Velo. Velo was quite busy early with The Hurt Box (THB) having a training session, but all worked pretty well.
Intervals were good if not lactically painful… good for variety and good to be back at the Velo – no cars!!
Perhaps Nth Road BRL tomorrow and I will be heading to the Velo again on Thu.
