Thx all – a fun session and very different from the usual. No crashes – yay!
Was intended to be ‘easy’ with the challenge of high cadence leg speed drills. Objective is to build high cadence skills and capability.
Timing was a bit tricky as I had the workout programmed (providing timing beeps for start and finish of leg speed drills) but the timing of the first 2 sprints would have landed us on a corner… First couple of drills went longer, latter couple were about right, maybe a tad short.
Timing generally worked; 30 min warm up, ~30min with 4 leg speed drills around Albert Park Lake, 30 min warm down (not counting coffee).
My target is to do this once a week for the next for weeks – either Tues or Wed.
No ride for me tomorrow – going surfing at the airport!
