Well,
I started off in 16 degrees to the meeting point for Tour de Cure training ride at 4:50am.
I got to the meeting point, riding into a GALE, I was wet and the temp was minus 20! (well it felt it).
Then our organiser says “cancel as it was too dangerous”. I agreed, an SOC7 was called.
I headed home, I got wetter and colder.
Then I looked for the ARC team along Darling Rd and at their meeting point. It was just 6:00am when i got there.
They would not let a little wet weather get in …. oh…
