John, Phil and Shaun have booked their place in this years MTB Port to Port race.
The Port to Port MTB is an MTB stage race which takes place annually at the end of May. The race is designed to be fun and challenging for riders of all levels, from recreational to competitive.
Beginning at Nelson Bay Marina, riders are greeted by four days of sandy tracks, fire trails, testing hill climbs, fast single tracks and steep descents that take in the spectacular Hunter Valley and Newcastle Region.
If any ARC rider would like to get involved and join us in this epic event, please contact any one of the three of us.
4 days of awesome trails through state forests, wine country, hinterland, national parks, coastline
and mountain bike parks on Australia’s spectacular east coast.
There’s nothing too technical but it will keep your attention, with new terrain and scenery every day. It’s achievable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and MTB skills.
At the end of each day kick back and tasty local eats, beers (or wine) and everything Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley have to offer.
